Franz's signature song was "What a Wonderful World". It would seem that that phrase rings true even now that he's no longer with us......
Yesterday, we made the agonizing decision to cancel the Marcus Belgrave concert due to disappointing ticket sales. Mr. Belgrave and his group were most understanding upon hearing the news. This morning, Joan Belgrave contacted us and stated that Marcus wanted to do the concert regardless out of respect and admiration for Franz. Yet another example of Franz's spirit and legacy continuing on. He would be so touched.
So, we have revised our plans and the concert will now be held at 6:30 pm, in the more intimate setting of the Wood Fire. Reservations will be required and are currently being accepted by the Wood Fire. Cover will be $25 for adults ($15 for seniors 65 and older) and children under 18 will be free. The Wood Fire's regular dinner menu will be available for those who wish to dine as well as listen.
